Fort Chaffee Redevelopment Authority

- Chaffee Crossing is a 7000 acre resource being created as a future residential, commercial and industrial development in Fort Smith, Arkansas. The entire area is being redeveloped according to the Preferred Land Reuse Plan.
The Preferred Land Reuse Plan for Chaffee Crossing includes future industrial and residential property. There will also be future office and retail space, parks, and recreation areas.
